Geese and Eggs
Our geese are busy laying eggs all year. They enjoy a wonderful quality of life roaming through acres of land free from danger. They graze as well as enjoy a hormone and antibiotic free diet. One beautiful goose egg is the same serving as 3 medium chicken eggs. Cakes and pastries are fluffier and more delicious. They are higher in protein than other poultry eggs, creating a richer diet. They are perfect for a quiche, mayonnaise or Hollandaise.
Our eggs come from white and brown Chinese Swan Geese. Beautiful, elegant creatures in a loving environment.
